I help teen athletes, youth athletes and their families navigate the confusing world of nutrition. I take nutrition and make it simple for athletes to follow so they can utilize nutrition to gain muscle strength, endurance, speed and meet their BIG goals.
Athletes train SO MUCH and nutrition is a piece of the puzzle that allows athletes to make all the gains their training offers. When a training plan is coupled with nutrition that meets an athlete's energy needs, an athlete has more energy and is able to recover from their training sessions --> all leading to big performance gains.
I am a former collegiate track and cross country runner turned marathoner and I absolutely love connecting with teen athletes. My passion for running has turned into a passion for NUTRITION and I love sharing nutrition knowledge to help teen athletes meet their goals.
I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with my masters in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern. I live in Dallas, TX with my husband and 3 children (including 1 athlete SO FAR).
So much nutrition information is available on Google, Instagram and Tik Tok but I preach the research backed, evidenced based nutrition recommendations. NO FOODS ARE OFF LIMITS.
